How we use it. Your data is used solely for the purpose of evaluating your application and managing the recruitment process. We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties outside of Picktime Recruitment.
Retention. If your application is unsuccessful, your data will be retained for a maximum of 12 months to consider you for future opportunities, after which it will be securely deleted. Successful applicants' data will be transferred to their employment record.
Your rights. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact our HR team directly.
